At TrueShip, we have created a shipping management software solution that simplifies fulfillment and shipping for businesses that use UPS WorldShip.

Our TrueShip software expands the capabilities of UPS WorldShip. With TrueShip, you can print a packing slip, gift card, and UPS label in one simple step. At most most companies, this requires three separate commands on at least two different printers. We have combined multiple processes into one.

UPS WorldShip can be mapped to retrieve shipping information from a database. Without TrueShip shipping management software, businesses must use another system to create product and order information for packing slips and other documents. At most large companies, the packing slips are printed first, and then the shipping department must wait until the products have been pulled from the warehouse before printing UPS labels.

TrueShip is mapped to the same database as UPS WorldShip, but it reads information that WorldShip cannot, such as which products go with individual orders, the prices of the items being pulled, and even gift card messages. TrueShip does not replace WorldShip. Rather, TrueShip integrates with WorldShip and prints several documents at once on a single label. Once inventory is pulled from the warehouse, the pre-made label can be applied, and the package is ready to leave the building.
