Order
routing is second nature to ReadyShipper and should
be an essential part of any shipping system. ReadyShipper
leverages the users existing software investments
in order management, ecommerce, accounting and
CRM by routing order data between systems for
the purposes of fulfillment.
Not
to be confused with an order management system,
ReadyShipper is a shipping software. For example,
it can take a Yahoo! order file, route it to an
accounting package or order management system
for inventory adjustments, and then reimport the
order for shipping. Its an indispensable time
saving tool for users that have made a daily routine
out of cutting and pasting.
ReadyShipper
delivers several order routing alternatives. The
system is pre configured for many popular ecommerce,
and order management systems. In addition, it
supports new and established integration methods
ranging from XML and CSV files, to robust web
services integrations.
System
Integration
ReadyShipper
is on the cutting edge of web services integration.
Order information can be routed via the web to
supporting systems like NetSuite and OrderMotion.
In the case of NetSuite, ReadyShipper boasts an
internal web enabled browser for viewing and order
routing into ReadyShipper's database.
For
businesses that prepare their order data in a
CSV file, ReadyShipper features a CSV mapping
wizard for a fast order routing solution. Files
with even the briefest of information can easily
be imported and shipped without any technical
experience.
TrueShip's
preferred method of integration is by XML. Both
Yahoo! and ShopSite XML standards are pre-built
into the system. This means that "out of
the box" ReadyShipper can be used as a shipping
and order routing system, delivering the glue
to tie these popular ecommerce systems to accounting,
order management and fulfillment. TrueShip also
offers its own XML standard called TrueOrder XML.
Its complete documentation for third party developers
to create their own TrueShip compliant XML files.
