ReadyShipper supports CSV, XML and Web Services integrations.
TrueShip XML
TrueOrder XML is a robust standard that supports all of ReadyShipper’s shipping functions. This format describes orders designated for shipping, and the additional information necessary to ship or re-ship an order. This format is kept current and is backward compatible to even the earliest versions of ReadyShipper.
Intended uses for this format include integration to third party ecommerce, order management, accounting, and CRM systems. Orders and shipping information not only be imported in this format but exported as well.
After ReadyShipper has shipped an item, the exported TrueOrder XML contains the final shipping and packing list details and options. It is a complete record of the shipped order. This exported data is not only designed for data backup reference, but for use with ReadyReturns.
Add ReadyReturns to any web site for a complete product returns solution. ReadyReturns is designed to accept TrueOrder XML. It will accept your independently created TrueOrder XML formatted files, or the complete XML shipping files created by ReadyShipper. The advantage when used with ReadyShipper’s order import is that it instantly enables you to import your CSV files for shipping and export it as XML.
TrueShip CSV
The second method is through CSV import. We have a flexible import mapping system that will take your order files, as long as they have headers, and import them into the system.
