ReadyShipper supports CSV, XML and Web Services integrations.

Below you will find examples of certified CSV file formats for use with ReadyShipper.

We recommend XML integrations. The TrueOrder XML format is current, and we take care with every revision to make it backwards compatible. This format describes orders designated for shipping, and the additional information necessary to ship or re-ship an order. Also covered is a description of orders after they have been shipped through ReadyShipper.

Intended uses for this format include integration to third party ecommerce, order management, accounting, and CRM systems. When used in conjunction with a third party system, ReadyShipper is an excellent order routing and shipping efficiency tool.

Other possible uses of the TrueOrder XML format include delivery of valuable shipping data into a third party system. When ReadyShipper has shipped an item it can generate TrueOrder XML containing the final box weights and configurations, tracking numbers, and other information. For example, an account package could potentially import the TrueOrder XML format to enable users to store the actual ship cost with their order data.
